I can't even describe how exciting it was to get a call from San Francisco. I won't lie, I expected someone else, someone I didn't really want to talk to, but I'm so happy I answered anyways!! Sarah wanted to do something special for her mom who she says always had pictures taken of her and her brother growing up (which I found out later was because of being raised in the Philippines, her moms family had no camera and no way of taking pictures, so when she had a family of her own she would take as many pictures as she could get.) So as a Christmas gift, Sarah wanted professional portraits taken of her, her husband, daughter, mother, father & brother. She wanted her portraits done by the beach and mentioned that she liked the board walk in Morro Bay, but didn't want to take pictures in such a crowded area, so I suggested the beautiful Grover Beach.

I loved their wardrobe choices, they coordinated their outfits so well that they matched without looking like they were wearing he same thing. (which is a talent all on its own). We started off our photo shoot on the butterfly trails and got a nice picture on the board walk. From there we went to some fallen trees that over look some small dunes and the beach. We ended our session playing in the Pacific Ocean and walking on the beach. It was such a privilege to meet this beautiful family and hope that this will not be the last time I see them.

The shadow lines on the board walk was so neat.

They brought a lovely picture frame for this particular picture.

What a beautifu couple!

I have no words for how beautiful this family is.
